Refund Policy
Every Innovating with AI program comes with an unconditional 60-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 60 days of your enrollment date, we will refund every payment you have made.
How the 60 days are counted. The guarantee period runs from your enrollment date — the date of your initial purchase. If you are paying in installments, the window does not restart or extend with each payment. It is 60 days from the day you enrolled, and no longer.
What you get back. We refund every payment you have made to date, to your original payment method. If you are on a payment plan, any remaining installments are canceled and you owe nothing further.
What we ask in return. To process your refund, we ask you to tell us why you are cancelling. Any reason is acceptable and no reason is judged — we simply read every one and use them to make the programs better for everyone.
What happens to your access. When a refund is issued, your access to the program ends permanently.
After 60 days. Payments are non-refundable once the guarantee period closes, and your commitment to complete any remaining payment-plan installments stands.

Payment Plans
When you join an Innovating with AI program, you’ll have the option to pay in full or to pay over the course of 12 monthly payments. Please note that this is a payment plan with a fixed length; it is not an ongoing subscription. By joining and choosing a payment plan, you are committing to a contract to complete all 12 payments on time and in full.
You can update your credit card on file any time by logging in to your account and visiting your Billing page. If you miss a payment, you may be locked out of the curriculum or other parts of the program automatically.
If any payment is more than 30 days overdue, we reserve the right to refer your account to a collection agency. Unless you qualify for a refund under the terms described above, we do not allow cancellations of payment plans under any circumstances.
