This page explains our grace period, guarantee period and refund policy for our programs: AI Incubator, AI Idea Pipeline and AI Consultancy Project.

Grace Period
Within 3 days (72 hours) after your purchase, you can cancel your purchase for any reason and receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that this grace period applies only to your initial order; it does not apply to any future payment-plan payments. To request a cancellation and refund within 72 hours of your initial purchase, email [email protected].
60-Day Guarantee Period: AI Consultancy Project
Within 60 days of your purchase of AI Consultancy Project, you can request a refund if you meet the eligibility criteria below. If you are granted a refund, you will permanently lose access to the AI Consultancy Project program. To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Show that you have completed at least 4 training lessons and completed the associated action items within the AI Consultancy Project curriculum.
- Show that you’ve made a good-faith effort to follow the AI Consultancy Project lesson plan to launch your consultancy business.
Our team will review your request and determine, at our sole discretion, if you meet the eligibility requirements. If you do, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
You are not eligible for a refund if you make your request more than 60 days after your initial purchase.
14-Day Guarantee Period: AI Idea Pipeline
Within 14 days of your purchase of AI Idea Pipeline, you can request a refund if you meet the eligibility criteria below. If you are granted a refund, you will permanently lose access to the AI Idea Pipeline program. To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Show that you have completed all lessons and submitted all assignments within the Innovating with AI Idea Pipeline curriculum.
Our team will review your request and determine, at our sole discretion, if you meet the eligibility requirements. If you do, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
You are not eligible for a refund if you make your request more than 14 days after your initial purchase.
30-Day Guarantee Period: AI Incubator
Within 30 days of your purchase of AI Incubator, you can request a refund if you meet the eligibility criteria below. If you are granted a refund, you will permanently lose access to the Innovating with AI Incubator program. To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Show that you have completed all lessons and submitted all assignments within the Innovating with AI Incubator curriculum.
- Show that you have implemented the steps described in the Innovating with AI Incubator program and that you have not been able to create a prototype for an AI product or process.
Our team will review your request and determine, at our sole discretion, if you meet the eligibility requirements. If you do, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
The Incubator curriculum is unlocked over the course of 8 days after your purchase. If you request that we unlock the full curriculum prior to that, you waive your right to a refund.
You are not eligible for a refund if you make your request more than 30 days after your initial purchase.
Payment Plans
When you join the Innovating with AI Incubator, you’ll have the option to pay in full or to pay over the course of six monthly payments. Please note that this is a payment plan with a fixed length; it is not an ongoing subscription. By joining and choosing a payment plan, you are committing to a contract to complete all six payments on time and in full.
You can update your credit card on file any time by logging in to your account and visiting your Billing page. If you miss a payment, you may be locked out of the curriculum or other parts of the program automatically.
If any payment is more than 30 days overdue, we reserve the right to refer your account to a collection agency. Unless you qualify for a refund within your first 30 days, we do not allow cancellations of payment plans under any circumstances.
