Founding Member Invite & Summary

Hey,

Rob here again – as one of the IWAI readers that expressed interest in The AI Executive System™, I’ve prepped everything below you’ll need to become a founding member during our enrollment period.

Should you decide to reserve your spot, you’ll get immediate access to enrollment materials, our first two modules of material, and the private membership area.

That said, this is a founding member cohort, the core training will be delivered live, over the next 6 months, on a weekly schedule.

Naturally, everything will be recorded and so if you’ve got timezone concerns, rest assured, you won’t be left behind. Like the founding member cohort for our AI Consultancy Project™, this gives you a special advantage: at the end of live training, we usually have a Q&A segment, which our students have found helpful for instant implementation.

It doesn’t replace our coaching/technical implementation calls, but it is a nice place to ask a quick question or two so you can hit the ground running.

As for the nuts and bolts of what we’ll be doing over the next 6 months?

Well, read on my friend, because this is all about making 2026 your best year yet.

Quick Recap: How we got here…

Over the past couple of years, a lot of our students have used AI to grow their income, land better clients, and level up their careers. That’s still important.

But as I’ve been watching the “AI productivity” space evolve, I’ve noticed something that doesn’t sit right with me:

  • Most people talk about using AI just to squeeze more output out of one person.
  • Very few talk about using AI to give people more presence, more stability, and more time with the people who rely on them.

I don’t believe the goal is to become a slightly more efficient cog.

I believe the goal is to become an AI Executive: someone who designs a small ecosystem of AI coworkers that makes their work and life better – and then uses that extra capacity to support their loved ones, their team, and their community.

That’s the core “why” that’s driven us here at IWAI to create The AI Executive System™.

You’ve already heard quite a bit about this, so instead, let’s get to the fun stuff – how this all actually works.

The Goal: Where we’re going…

Picture this: You and I work closely to design your very own…

A stick figure person with a tie raises an arm. Below, "AI" connects to several people, illustrating artificial intelligence interaction.

System of AI coworkers that multiply your professional value and quality of life.

Objective:Build a tailored ecosystem of AI coworkers for your role, your work, and your life – so you’re no longer the bottleneck for everything that matters.
Time:Over a focused 6-month cohort, with a clear plan, live support, and a group of peers.
Efficiency:Multiply yourself as a ‘solo’ AI Executive of your career, consultancy, or team. Effectively multiply your individual work quality, capacity, and output (before you try to put the oxygen mask on anybody else).
Lifestyle:Reclaim time and mental bandwidth, then reinvest it intentionally into deep work, your loved ones, and the projects that matter most.

Depending on your situation, this might look a bit different for you:

  • Executives & team leaders:
Design a team of AI coworkers that take work off your plate, sharpen your decisions, and support your team – so you can lead at a higher level without burning out.
  • For senior professionals & high-performance ICs:
Stop being your team’s bottleneck. Leverage your team of AI coworkers to protect the quality of your work, stay ahead of the curve, and create more space for strategic projects instead of constantly putting out fires.
  • For consultants (including AICP alumni):
Become the AI Executive of your own consultancy first – build the coworkers, systems, and capacity you need personally, before you ever decide to roll AI out as a new line of business for clients.
  • For founders:
Scale your individual capacity, output, and life quality before you try to roll AI across an entire company – so if and when you do, you’ll lead from firsthand experience instead of (invisibly expensive) theory.

By the end of this program, my goal is that you’ll be among the most advanced people in your field at using AI responsibly: not just to move faster, but to build a healthier, more human future of work in your corner of the world.

If that’s the future you want to lead, The AI Executive System™ is how we get there – together.

The Plan: 3 Phases → 9 Parts → 1 AIEX System™…

Flowchart illustrating three steps to enhance AI value: Stabilize, Systemize, Scale. Includes designing, building, and installing various AI components.

Inside The AI Executive System™, we’ll work together to:

1. STABILIZE – Reclaim 10–20 hours of your time (& energy) per week
Build your AI Executive “home office” interface, your front-line professional AI coworkers and personal AI assistants so the day-to-day work stops depending entirely on you.

2. SYSTEMIZE – Multiply your work quality & personal capacity
Turn your expertise and assets into a high-performance expertise library, then layer on AI subject matter experts who multiply the quality/throughput of your work and “quality of life” assistants to level up your personal life even further.

3. SCALE – Scale long-term work & life quality
Design your AI Executive Leadership/Advisory Council, Chief of Staff, and Life Manager so your ecosystem of AI coworkers supports 1–3 year goals at work and at home.

That’s the high-level.

And here are the targeted details:

1. STABILIZE VALUE
Reclaim 10–20 hours per week

PART 1

Create AI Executive “Home Office” Interface

Outcome:

Design and launch your AI Executive Home Office: a persistent boardroom-style interface + basic dashboards where you brief, review, and coordinate all AI coworkers. This is the “futureproof interface” for your ecosystem of AI coworkers.

Milestones:

  • Private AIEX “Home Office” Interface created and named.
  • Core structure in place (projects, briefs, decision logs, receipts).
  • Baseline capacity/throughput snapshot captured and saved
  • First weekly review completed inside the space using a simple agenda.

Tools:

  • AIEX “Home Office” Interface Setup Kit (platform + structure + briefs
  • Capacity & throughput baseline worksheet + simple dashboard view.
  • Safety & data-handling guidelines for using LLMs with work data.

PART 2

Build Frontline AI Coworkers

Outcome:

Ship your first 1–3 frontline AI coworkers for the office. Start with high-frequency work: email, docs, meetings, reports, or research. Each coworker has a clear lane, instructions, and a simple before/after metric.

Milestones:

  • 2–3 professional assistants scoped and prioritized (by lane + value).
  • At least one assistant live and used on real work for 7–14 days (e.g., email drafting, meeting notes, reporting).
  • Before/after examples captured to show quality and time savings.
  • Simple SOP or “how we work together” card created for each coworker.

Tools:

  • Assistant Design Canvas (inputs, rules, outputs, boundaries).
  • Office assistant prompt patterns (email, calendar, docs, reports, presentations, research).
  • Before/after tracker for time and quality.
  • Starter SOP templates to turn working patterns into repeatable flows.

PART 3

Create Personal AI Assistants

Outcome:

Build 1–2 personal AI assistants that reduce friction at home and in your personal life (planning, logistics, hobbies, learning). Goal: you feel real spaciousness outside of work, not just improved productivity at work..

Milestones:

  • One personal lane chosen (home logistics, hobbies, or skill mastery).
  • 1–2 personal assistants live and are used at least weekly.
  • One clear “quality of life win” documented (e.g., smoother weekly planning, easier trip planning, or a hobby you’re actually practicing again).
  • Basic boundaries written for what AI does vs what stays human-only.

Tools:

  • Personal Planner template (home/hobby/learning goals + routines).
  • Skill Accelerator / “good week” prompt pack.
  • Personal assistant design prompts (for home, hobbies, travel, health, etc.).
  • Quality-of-life reflection worksheet (before/after).

2. SYSTEMIZE VALUE
Multiply your work quality
& personal capacity

PART 4

Your Unique Expertise Library

Outcome:

Turn your industry-specific knowledge into a Unique Expertise Library: a structured knowledge base that holds briefs, SOPs, research, and templates your coworkers can reliably use — without it becoming a second job that you’ve got to keep up with.

Milestones:

  • Target sources chosen (docs, notes, wikis, drives) and audited for relevance.
  • Library structure created (spaces/folders/tags for work + life).
  • Priority content ingested with basic hygiene (dedupe, label, version).
  • At least one successful “ask the library” workflow demonstrated inside the Boardroom.

Tools:

  • Expertise Library Design Canvas (structure, tags, update cadence).
  • Source-audit checklist (what to ingest vs ignore).
  • Ingestion recipes (how to connect tools / upload docs safely).
  • Retrieval test prompts + QA checklist to validate answers.

PART 5

Subject Matter Expert Integrators

Outcome:

Build Subject Matter Expert Integrators — these are professional assistants that are powered by your Unique Expertise Library and help you draft, review, and improve core work products (emails, memos, decks, reports, proposals, analyses).

Milestones:

  • 1–2 SME powered professional assistants configured end-to-end.
  • Assistants reliably produce drafts “good enough to edit,” not rewrite from scratch.
  • Clear improvement in throughput or quality for at least one recurring artifact (e.g., monthly reports, client updates, board memos).
  • Documented feedback loop for improving each assistant over time.

Tools:

  • SME Integrator Assistant architecture templates.
  • Example input → output sets for key artifacts (good/bad drafts, redlines).
  • Draft review rubric for “good enough to edit.”
  • Improvement log template tied to the Library (what we added / changed and why).

PART 6

Quality of Life Amplifiers

Outcome:

Build Quality of Life Assistants with the personal life equivalent to your unique expertise library – same concept, but given the context of home, family, and mastery (household ops, routines, finances, health/skill learning, community causes) — there’s very different information that’s necessary. Architecture aside,  the aim is a calmer, more supported life, not more app chaos.

Milestones:

  • Household / personal domains mapped (home, money, health, learning, community, etc.).
  • Personal Life Library created for at least one domain with clear privacy rules.• 1–2 personal PLL assistants running (e.g., household ops, training plan, budgeting helper).
  • A specific lifestyle routine or pain point measurably improved (e.g., weekly meal planning, kids’ schedules, or recurring bills).

Tools:

  • Household / Life Ops Map worksheet (people, responsibilities, pain points).
  • Personal Life Library structure + privacy policy template.• Personal Life Library-assistant configuration prompts (home/health/money/mastery).
  • Weekly “quality-of-life” review template to track changes over time.

3. SCALE VALUE
Scale long-term work & life quality

PART 7

AI Leadership & Advisory Council

Outcome:

Create an AI Leadership & Executive Advisory Council – a small set of AI advisors with long-term memory across your professional life. They help with quarterly reviews, scenario planning, and major decisions so you’re not thinking alone at 1–3 year altitude.

Milestones:

  • 3–5 Council “seats” defined (e.g., Strategy, Finance, People, Innovation).
  • Council briefs and decision-log format created.
  • First Council review held (monthly or quarterly) using real data from your Library + assistants.• At least one major decision or direction change is documented with “before → Council input → after.”

Tools:

  • Executive Council Charter & seat templates.
  • Advisor brief templates + question lists for reviews.
  • Decision-log & “bring receipts” checklist.
  • Quarterly review agenda + follow-up plan template.

PART 8

AI Chief
of Staff

Outcome:

Design your AI Chief of Staff as the conductor for your ecosystem of AI coworkers. It watches priorities, preps you for meetings, coordinates projects, and keeps you operating at the top of the value chain instead of chasing details.

Milestones:

  • Chief-of-Staff role defined (what it routes, summarizes, escalates).
  • Weekly planning + review cadence run through the Chief of Staff at least twice.• Clear list of responsibilities you’ve stopped owning personally (because the Chief of Staff and coworkers handle them).
  • Basic “playbook” created for how Chief of Staff interacts with other assistants and your calendar/tools.

Tools:

  • Chief-of-Staff Design Canvas (interfaces, rules, escalation paths).
  • Weekly planning/review scripts (prompts + checklists).
  • Project/priority board or pipeline view integrated with assistants.
  • Output tracker showing what was delegated vs done by you.

PART 9

AI Life Manager

Outcome:

Build an AI Life Manager (Concierge + Home/Life Advisor) that coordinates household calendars, trips, recurring routines, and personal commitments so your loved ones and quality of life benefit directly from your AI ecosystem.

Milestones:

  • Definition of “a good week” and “a good year” outside of work captured and shared with the system.
  • AI Life Manager connected to key calendars, routines, and planning docs (with clear privacy boundaries).
  • At least one real event, trip, or recurring routine successfully planned/managed by the Life Manager.
  • You and/or loved ones can name at least one way life feels more spacious, coordinated, or supported because of it.

Tools:

  • Life Design worksheets (“good week / good year” prompts).
  • Concierge / Life Manager Playbook (what it plans, what it confirms, how it reports back).
  • Family/relationship ops map (who/what/when).
  • Reflection worksheet to capture shifts in quality of life & relationships, and feed them back into the Council / Library.

This is an outline of our planned curriculum, and so the specifics above are subject to change, in response to feedback from our founding member cohort, and the needs we identify.

That’s the plan.
Now, let’s talk support:

The Support: 5 Layers | Training, Tools, Coaching, Consulting, & Community

Depending on the level of support you choose, you’ll have access to some or all of the following throughout the 6-month program. The goal is simple: you’re never left alone with a pile of prompts. You have humans, structure, and peers helping you actually build your ecosystem of AI coworkers.

Training

What it is:

Live, instructor-led sessions that walk you through each phase and part in The Plan, plus on-demand replays.

How it helps you:

Shows you how to do the work step-by-step, so you’re not guessing how to turn ideas into working assistants, libraries, and systems.

Format & cadence*:

Live training (group calls, typically weekly) with 10–15 minutes of Q&A. Recordings provided and added to your private training library.

Tools

What it is:

Toolkits: templates, prompts, checklists, and example “receipts” for each major part of your AIEX System™.

How it helps you:

Shortens the distance between “I get it” and “it’s done.” You don’t start from a blank page; you adapt proven patterns to your context.

Format & cadence*:

Downloadable templates and playbooks inside the member area. Updated over the cohort as we see what works best for executives & professionals in the room.

Coaching

What it is:

Larger-room group coaching calls focused on feedback, Q&A, and pattern-spotting across the cohort.

How it helps you:

Helps you get unstuck, validate decisions, and see how others at your level are solving similar problems. You leave each call with clarity on your next step.

Format & cadence*:

Live group coaching calls (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly). Use these to bring questions, examples, or in-progress builds. Recordings provided where appropriate.

Consulting

What it is:

Hybrid consulting sessions: small-group rooms (typically 5–25 people) where we go deeper on architecture, implementation, and strategic decisions.

How it helps you:

Gives you “in the weeds” support without needing 1-on-1 dev or advisory calls. You get eyes on your actual systems, use-cases, and constraints from people who’ve shipped this before.

Format & cadence*:

Small-group consulting calls scheduled at key milestones in the program. Higher tiers get more frequent/priority access to these rooms. Sessions are recorded when privacy allows.

Community

What it is:

A private community space for AI executives & high-performance professionals in this cohort.

How it helps you:

You’re surrounded by peers who are also building AI coworkers, not arguing about prompts. This is where you can find collaborators, accountability, and long-term relationships.

Format & cadence*:

Private online space ( Slack) with channels for wins, build logs, tech questions, and co-working. Optional pop-up events or peer circles during the cohort.

*Exact cadence and access vary by tier. All tiers include Training, Tools, and Community. Access to Coaching and Hybrid Consulting increases at the higher support tiers.

The Investment: 3 Options for High-Performance Professionals…

I’ve priced this with the following intentions in mind:

  • Make it a small fraction of the value of the time, energy, and opportunities we’re helping you unlock.
  • Make it accessible for our founding cohort of AI Executives.
  • Limit the number of accepted applicants so everyone gets the attention they need to be successful.

That said, you have 3 options:

Limit: 100 Spots

Includes…

  • Live trainings for all phases and projects in The Plan
  • Recordings of all trainings, added to your private library
  • Project toolkits & templates (prompts, checklists, systems, examples)
  • Private cohort community access

Plus…

  • Lifetime Access to Recorded Materials: Take it at your own pace, start and stop as needed, all sessions recorded.
  • 3-Day Grace Period: Cancel for any reason within your first 3 days.
  • 60-Day Guarantee: Refund in the first 60 days if you try it and it doesn’t work.

Investment:

12 payments of $297

That’s only $9.76 a day

(or pay in full and save $567)

Recommendation:

Select this if cash flow is tighter right now, but you’re disciplined enough to follow the trainings, use the tools, and implement on your own with community support.

(*If cash flow is too limited to invest at this level, then I strongly recommend not investing in this program. Stay on our interest list to potentially join when you’re in a stable place that allows for making effective decisions without financial duress.)

Limit: 50 Spots

Includes everything in Training, plus…

  • Group coaching calls to review your assistants, libraries & systems
  • Async “coaching channel” for questions between calls
  • Priority feedback on key decisions & blockers

Investment:

12 payments of $497

That’s only $16.43 a day

(or pay in full and save $967)

Recommendation:

Select this if you see the value of having expert feedback during and after implementation, and you want regular live support to build your AI coworker ecosystem faster and with fewer wrong turns.

Limit: 20 Spots

Includes everything in Training and Coaching, plus…

  • Small-group hybrid consulting rooms (typically 5–25 people) for architecture, implementation, and strategy
  • Priority hot-seat opportunities on calls
  • Additional behind-the-scenes reviews of your ecosystem (when feasible)

Investment:

$10,000

one-time payment

(or 12 payments of $997)

Recommendation:

Select this if you want more individualized attention in small-group rooms, have higher-stakes decisions to make, or are leading a team and want architecture & strategy support beyond standard coaching.

Important: All payment plans have a 12-month commitment. If you anticipate unpredictable finances or don’t feel confident you can complete the payment cycle, I’d advise against joining at this time.

If you’re not sure about joining the founding cohort yet, you can wait until after we complete this 6-month round. At that point, the price may increase, once we’ve built out more case studies and can point to a higher level of certainty around the outcomes this program can produce.

The image shows logos of various payment services including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay, indicating accepted payment methods.

If you have any questions or concerns about the program, please send us a text message, WhatsApp message or email. We’re happy to help:

Our 60-Day Guarantee

(TL;DR for existing students: This matches our standard for our other programs.)

More than 1,000 students have already started building successful consulting businesses with the AI Consultancy Project. We have similar goals for The AI Executive System — which is why I’m also making it completely risk-free.

3 DAYS

Refund in the first 3 days for any reason—no questions asked.

60 DAYS

Refund in the first 60 days if you try it and it doesn’t work.

12 MONTHS

Pause payments anytime for any unexpected medical or financial hardship for yourself, immediate family, or household.

From the moment you enroll, you have a 3-day grace period to cancel for any reason and receive a full refund.

After that, you can still try the program and request a refund within your first 60 days. Here’s what I ask:

  1. Watch at least 4 live or recorded trainings.
  2. Complete and email me your worksheets from each training.

Once you’ve taken these steps, if you still feel the program isn’t right for you, I’ll refund 100% of your investment.

Why these steps? Because success comes from putting in the work. Whether it’s starting a new fitness routine or a new business, measurable progress requires consistent effort. This guarantee ensures you give yourself the best chance to succeed while keeping your investment safe.

Icon of People with Heart

Family & Medical Sabbatical Guarantee – so you can always put your loved ones first.

If you choose one of our 12-month payment plans, life’s unexpected challenges won’t stand in your way.

If an immediate family member experiences a major medical or financial problem, you can pause your payments for up to 3 months.

This applies to you, your spouse, children, parents, or anyone who shares your household. The most important thing to me is taking care of your loved ones – and I know that sometimes means diverting attention temporarily from work. Life happens! That’s why all my employees have plenty of paid family and medical leave, and why I extend the same courtesy to my students too.

If you need a break from payments for any reason described above, just email us and we’ll pause your payments for 3 months – and when you return from your sabbatical, my team and I will help you get back on track to accomplish all your goals.

Life happens, and supporting you through it is part of our commitment to your success.

Data & Privacy
(Your Work Stays Yours)

This technically could’ve been included in the frequently asked question section (below this), but we thought it so important that we’re including this here:

You own your IP, data, and client materials. We only share stories with explicit consent and sensible redaction.

Here’s a bit more about that:

  • Ownership: You keep ownership of everything you create. We don’t claim your IP.
  • Consent: If we share your story, we include who / role / segment / date / scope and avoid hype. You can say no.
  • Redaction: Sensitive client info is removed or generalized (initials, company size).
  • Security note: We follow standard SaaS security practices; if an incident occurs, we notify and follow the playbook.

Given the nature of our industry, we take data and privacy very seriously. And, even beyond our industry, we believe it’s just the moral & ethical thing to do in a decent society.

ANSWERS TO YOUR MOST

Frequently asked questions

(TL;DR for existing students: This matches our standard for our other programs.)

If I join the Training level today, can I upgrade to the Coaching or Hybrid Consulting levels later?

Yes. As long as you join Training before enrollment closes and there are seats left, you can email our team and we’ll send you a custom link to move into Coaching or Hybrid Consulting.

To protect the experience, each tier has a hard cap (100 / 50 / 20 seats), so upgrades are first-come, first-served.

Is the program self-paced, or do I have to attend everything live? What if I get busy and fall behind?

The AI Executive System™ is a blend of live sessions and self-paced work:

  • Live project trainings and coaching / consulting calls
  • On-demand recordings and toolkits inside your member area

You can absolutely follow along on your own schedule. If life or work gets intense, you can step back, then use recordings and toolkits to catch up. We’ve designed the experience so executives and high-performance professionals can stay in the game, even with unpredictable weeks.

Will the program work for me if I’m outside the United States?

Yes. We’ve had students from around the world in our other programs.

Most live calls are scheduled in US daytime hours (Eastern Time), which may be early morning or evening for some regions. All sessions are recorded, and the community space is active across many time zones, so you can still get support even if you can’t attend everything live.

Do I need coding or deep technical experience to be successful?

No. You do not need to be a developer or ML engineer to benefit from this program.

AIEX is designed primarily for non-technical executives and professionals who want to design an ecosystem of AI coworkers around their existing expertise. We focus on practical, mostly no-code tools and workflows that you can use yourself and, later, delegate to technical partners if needed. That said, we’ll have some advanced stuff too, so, for our techie folks, don’t worry, we’ve got your back. Just don’t expect this to ‘neuroscience rocket engineering grade’ builds.

What if my AI experience is basically “I’ve played with ChatGPT a bit”?

That’s totally fine.

We assume:

  • You’re comfortable using modern software.
  • You’re willing to experiment and learn.

We do not assume you’ve already built agents, RPA workflows, or AI products. The curriculum will guide you from “basic familiarity” to “I can design and run AI coworkers that actually do work for me.”

How is this different from The AI Consultancy Project (AICP)? Do I need AICP first?

Think of it this way:

  • AICP helps you build an AI consulting business.
  • AIEX helps you become the AI Executive of your own work and life, whether you’re an executive, senior IC, consultant, or founder.

You do not need AICP first to join AIEX.

If you have taken AICP, AIEX is where you:

  • Treat yourself as the FTE owner-operator,
  • Build the ecosystem of AI coworkers around your own work first,
  • And only then decide if/how you want to roll that into new services for clients.

Will this help me roll AI out across my entire company or organization?

AIEX is focused on you and your immediate sphere of control:

  • Your role, your responsibilities, your home, and the people who rely on you.

In many ways, it’s the pre-requisite to any full-company or enterprise rollout. Once you’ve proven what works for you (and possibly your team), you’ll be in a much stronger position to lead a broader transformation.

If your main goal is to re-engineer an entire organization right away, this isn’t that program. If your goal is to put the oxygen mask on yourself first, AIEX is the right place.

Is this a job-placement or certification program?

No.

AIEX is designed for high-performance executives, professionals, consultants, and founders who already have meaningful experience in their field. The program will absolutely make you more valuable and future-proof, but it’s not a formal job-training or placement program, and we don’t issue accredited certifications.

What if I don’t have a lot of cash on hand right now?

We offer 12-month payment plans for each tier, so you can spread your payments over time instead of paying all at once.

That said, we’re serious about financial health:

  • If making the monthly payment would put you in chronic financial stress, we recommend waiting for a future cohort instead of stretching beyond what’s realistic.
  • If your finances are stable but you’d simply like to smooth cash flow, the payment plan is there to support that.

Do I keep ownership of what I build?

Yes. You own 100% of your ideas, systems, assistants, and intellectual property.

We’re not here to claim a percentage of your future value. Our job is to be your launchpad and advisory partner, not your landlord.

What if something unexpected happens right after I join?

Your enrollment comes with:

  • A 3-day cancel-for-any-reason grace period. If you enroll and something urgent comes up in the first three days, email us and we’ll refund you in full, no questions asked.
  • Our Family & Medical Sabbatical Guarantee for payment plans: if you experience a major medical or financial hardship for yourself or your immediate family/household, you can pause payments for up to 3 months so you can focus on what matters most.

We know life happens. The program is here to support your long-term success, not punish you for emergencies.

What if I’m not getting results?

In addition to the above, your enrollment is protected by our 60-day performance guarantee:

  • Within the first 60 days if you’ve:
    • Watched at least four live or recorded trainings, and
    • Completed and emailed us your worksheets for those trainings…
  • …and you still feel the program isn’t working for you, you can choose between:
    • A full refund, or
    • Getting hands-on help from our team to rework your ecosystem plan until it fits your situation.

We guarantee results to everyone who takes the program seriously and puts it into action — because we know, from experience, that this system works when you do.

Realistic Expectations… and our shared responsibility

I’ve designed The AI Executive System™ for you to be successful with an average time investment of about 5 hours per week over 6 months.

Some weeks you’ll lean in more, some weeks less – but this isn’t a “press play while you sleep” kind of program. You’re building a real ecosystem of AI coworkers that will touch your work, your home, and the people you care about.

That also means I can’t guarantee a specific raise, promotion, revenue number, or hours reclaimed.

Not only would that be misleading and illegal – it also misses the point of what we’re building. The only guaranteed outcome in life is mortality; everything else is probability. There is risk, and there is work.

What I can guarantee is this:

  • I’ll bring the same level of care and rigor I use with Fortune 500 clients and the 1,000+ students in our other programs.
  • My team and I will treat this as a founding cohort for a better future of work – one where AI gives you more time, more capacity, and more presence with the people who matter, not less.
  • We’ll keep improving the curriculum, tools, and support based on what’s actually working for you and your peers in the room.

On your side, here’s what I ask:

  • You show up for the trainings (live or recorded) and use the tools.
  • You give your AI coworkers real work to do – not just “play around with prompts” – and are willing to iterate when things are imperfect at first.
  • You use the time and energy you free up on purpose: for deeper work, better leadership, time with family, community projects, or simply being more human with the people around you.

Because here’s my philosophy:

A small number of us are incredibly lucky.

We have careers, devices, and opportunities that AI can meaningfully improve.

When you’re one of those people, you have a responsibility to kick ass with it – and then use the gains to lift others, not just yourself.

That’s what this program is really about.

Yes, I selfishly want to brag about you later.

I want your story as an AI Executive to be one that inspires other people to build a more generous, human future of work.

Just imagine a future you, 6 months from now, looking back at this moment with a thought bubble above your head…

“At the time, I didn’t know exactly how it would play out…
but I did it anyway, because I don’t want AI to happen to my work and family.
I want to lead how it happens for us.”

If everything on this page makes sense, and you’re ready to build your own ecosystem of AI coworkers – for your work and your life – then there’s only one thing left to say:

I’m looking forward to seeing what you create.

To your innovation, and to the people who benefit from it,

Rob
