Meet Thiago
One standout experience was collaborating with a growing sales team at a mortgage branch. They faced delays in notifications and repetitive data tasks, so after a focused discovery session I designed a structured, multi-step automation and data project that resolved their pain points. I’ve also led AI trainings for life insurance agents and consulted on solutions such as Chrome extensions for real-time application tracking. Whether it’s training, strategy, or automation, I enjoy working with businesses that value personalized implementation, transparency, and clarity.
Most recently, I hosted a two-day AI training bootcamp for an enterprise marketing team. We covered AI fundamentals, organizational design, and hands-on workshops in prompt engineering, Microsoft Copilot, and creative AI tools for campaign development. Ethics plays a significant role in my work. As a minority in today’s political climate, I’m deeply aware of how AI regulations could impact not just businesses, but people. I pay particular attention to bias, data privacy, and who benefits—or is excluded—from AI systems.
