Meet Sara
I help organizations and teams confidently integrate AI into their daily work — starting with the tools they already use. My approach focuses on clarity, calm, and practical adoption, helping people move from curiosity or uncertainty to confidence and capability.
As a Certified AI Consultant and Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I combine a deep understanding of human behavior with advanced training in Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered systems. I specialize in helping organizations make the most of the AI tools they already have — whether that’s Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, or OpenAI’s ChatGPT — and in showing teams how to use them together to save time, enhance creativity, and make better decisions.
I design and deliver trainings, workshops, and strategy sessions that meet people where they are — from demystifying AI fundamentals to teaching Copilot, agents, and workflow automation for real results. Clients often describe my sessions as clear and calming — a space where learning AI feels approachable and empowering rather than overwhelming.
My work includes supporting educators, wellness professionals, nonprofits, and small to medium-sized businesses in identifying AI opportunities, streamlining communication, and implementing lightweight automations. Recent projects have included AI-powered chatbots (Run to Thrive), custom GPTs for coaching and client engagement, and enablement programs that bridge strategy with adoption.
