One of my most exciting recent developments is a joint venture with a longtime partner in employee training. We offer a training package that includes live instruction, microlearning videos, coaching, and a post-training AI chatbot to reinforce learning. This initiative represents the kind of scalable, repeatable impact I aim to create: pairing strong instructional design with AI tools to support employee learning and performance.

My primary toolkit includes Zapier for automation, Airtable for data handling, Anthropic Claude and OpenAI GPT for language generation, and Voiceflow for creating chatbots. These tools help me deliver practical, accessible AI applications for clients who need to stretch every dollar while still moving forward with innovation.

Ethical AI use is central to my work. I’ve long emphasized data privacy, tool bias audits, and aligning AI adoption with each client’s existing risk posture. I help my clients clarify data sensitivity tiers and select AI tools that match different types of data. Thus, privacy, security, and responsible use remain central while producing the benefits associated with AI adoption.
