Meet Kristina
With two decades in the international superyacht industry – my first decade as crew, and my second in operations, legal, and management – I now specialise in AI consulting for high-trust, high-compliance sectors, including the superyacht industry, commercial marine, and legal practices. I am a qualified Australian lawyer and a dual Australian and U.S. citizen, with professional ties in both Australia and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I also bring a strong foundation in digital strategy, gained through leading a digital agency, which sharpened my understanding of how technology can reshape business operations.
My journey into AI consulting began three years ago, when I witnessed how new tools were transforming workflows in my agency. That experience confirmed the need for businesses to adopt AI carefully, with attention to ethics, compliance, and sustainability.
In 2025, I delivered keynotes at the Australian Superyacht Conference on the Gold Coast, Queensland, and the Australian Commercial Marine Conference in Sydney Harbour. These sessions brought together industry leaders to examine AI’s role in high-compliance sectors and sparked more than 40 follow-up conversations. Immediate projects followed with commercial operators, superyacht marketing businesses, shipbuilders, industry associations, and software companies exploring advanced integrations.
Clients value the blend of maritime, legal, and operational business expertise and AI insight I bring. This combination allows us to move quickly into meaningful work, ensuring projects remain both practical and compliant. I take a pragmatic approach, selecting solutions that are secure, fit for purpose, and aligned with operational realities.
Responsible AI use is central to my practice. My training in ethics sharpened my awareness of bias and unintended harm, particularly in regulated sectors. I continue to deepen this knowledge through further study and through active engagement with global thought leaders.
