I help founder-led expert businesses cross the AI adoption threshold—from overwhelmed to shipping working tools that actually get used.
My clients are consulting firms, training companies, and specialist agencies who know AI matters but are stuck between understanding it and actually using it. I serve as their Fractional AI Lead: I own the roadmap, redesign workflows, build tools, and train their people.
Current engagements:
Akimbo – I design and deliver monthly leadership-focused workshops, helping consultants and executives use AI more intentionally in their work. What started as a one-off has become an ongoing partnership where I help them build AI fluency across their client base.
A global inclusion consultancy where I built custom AI tools for their client delivery work. The engagement evolved into a longer-term advisory relationship, helping their team adopt AI without compromising the quality or ethics of their practice.
CIO, Global Medical Device Company – I provide strategic AI advisory and custom tool development, helping him lead more effectively with AI. I blend live training sessions with asynchronous support, giving him control and clarity from the start.
My approach:
I don’t just train people on tools or hand over a strategy doc. I integrate all three: I help you build clarity on what to do, make decisions on what to build, and ship tools that work. Then I transfer capability so you own it going forward.
I focus on judgment, not just automation. Most AI adoption fails because teams move too fast without thinking, or think too long without moving. I help you find the threshold—the line between understanding and action—and cross it with confidence.
My toolkit:
I use whatever works: Zapier, N8N, and Power Automate for automation. OpenAI, Anthropic, and Perplexity for models. Google Sheets, Excel, and Airtable for data handling. Gamma, Lovable, and DALL-E for visuals and prototypes. Flowise and Copilot for chat interfaces.
But the tools matter less than the outcome: working systems that fit your workflow, not generic demos that impress but don’t ship.

I help understand questions about bias, impact, and transparency proactively—not to slow you down, but to ensure what we build is sustainable, defensible, and aligned with your values. AI adoption is a trust problem as much as a technical one. I help you navigate both.
