One of my primary roles is serving as an AI advisor to a CIO at a global medical device company, where I provide a mix of strategic training and custom tool development designed to help him lead more effectively with AI. I blend live sessions and asynchronous resource support, which supply control and clarity from the start.

Another ongoing client is a global diversity and inclusion consultancy. What began as a scoped project to build AI tools for their client work has evolved into a longer-term partnership. I designed and deliver a monthly “AI for Leaders” workshop, helping leaders, consultants, and solopreneurs to use AI more intentionally and thoughtfully in their work.
