I serve mid-sized (50–300 person) service businesses in the Dallas-Fort Worth area in a way that is both human-centered and business-smart. My goal is to help these companies automate the boring, repetitive tasks that bog down their teams so their people can be more creative, strategic, and communicative, driving a better culture and company growth.

My sales process is built around the “Book Yourself Solid” method, combined with personal relationship-building. I continue to refine my rockstar client profile as I meet with potential clients. Even when we are not the right fit, the conversations are great and we both learn something. Recently I signed my first near perfect client where I am doing AI discovery, AI workflow build and team training for a Dallas-based accounting firm. I have had other promising early engagements, including training for an real estate agent, an insurance broker and a lawyer. I am about to start on a new project for a communications software company.

My tech stack includes Zapier and n8n for automation, Google Sheets (with plans to move to Supabase), and a mix of Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini for language processing. I use Squarespace forms and chatbots for user interaction, and I love Gamma for slide and presentation design. For visuals and media, I’ve worked with ChatGPT-generated graphics and Suno for audio.

I believe AI must always be built with guardrails and transparency. Hallucinations, data security and intellectual property issues are real risks for service businesses, and I help clients understand them clearly. I guide them toward responsible, human-first AI usage that empowers their teams. My consultancy is rooted in the belief that the most powerful AI systems support human creativity and decision-making, not replace it.
