Grace Period for All Products
Within 3 days (72 hours) after your purchase of any of our products, you can cancel your purchase for any reason and receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that this grace period applies only to your initial order; it does not apply to any future payment-plan payments. To request a cancellation and refund within 72 hours of your initial purchase, email [email protected].
60-Day Guarantee Period for The AI Consultancy Project
Within 60 days of your purchase of AI Consultancy Project, you can request a refund if you meet the eligibility criteria below. If you are granted a refund, you will permanently lose access to the AI Consultancy Project program. To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Show that you have completed at least 4 training lessons and completed the associated action items within the AI Consultancy Project curriculum.
- Show that you’ve made a good-faith effort to follow the AI Consultancy Project lesson plan to launch your consultancy business.
Our team will review your request and determine, at our sole discretion, if you meet the eligibility requirements. If you do, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
You are not eligible for a refund if you make your request more than 60 days after your initial purchase.
60-Day Guarantee Period for The AI Executive System
Within 60 days of your purchase of The AI Executive System (or within 60 days of January 12, 2026, whichever is later), you can request a refund if you meet the eligibility criteria below. If you are granted a refund, you will permanently lose access to the AI Executive System program. To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Show that you have completed at least 4 training lessons and completed the associated action items within the AI Executive System curriculum.
- Show that you’ve made a good-faith effort to follow the AI Executive System lesson plan.
Our team will review your request and determine, at our sole discretion, if you meet the eligibility requirements. If you do, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
You are not eligible for a refund if you make your request more than 60 days after your initial purchase.
Payment Plans
When you join an Innovating with AI program, you’ll have the option to pay in full or to pay over the course of 12 monthly payments. Please note that this is a payment plan with a fixed length; it is not an ongoing subscription. By joining and choosing a payment plan, you are committing to a contract to complete all 12 payments on time and in full.
You can update your credit card on file any time by logging in to your account and visiting your Billing page. If you miss a payment, you may be locked out of the curriculum or other parts of the program automatically.
If any payment is more than 30 days overdue, we reserve the right to refer your account to a collection agency. Unless you qualify for a refund under the terms described above, we do not allow cancellations of payment plans under any circumstances.
