I build custom AI systems for companies and operators in the wedding, events, hospitality, and operations industries. Workflow automations, AI agents, full applications, and platforms, each one designed around how that specific business already runs. My clients are planners, venues, vendors, hotel groups, and operations teams who have outgrown off-the-shelf tools and need something built for their edge cases. The build work falls into four layers, and most engagements combine more than one.

Automations and workflows take the repetitive coordination work off your team. Vendor follow-up, scheduling, document processing, meeting intelligence, and information search across disconnected systems.

AI agents watch a process, make the routine calls, and flag what needs a human, with checkpoints and audit trails built in from the start.

Custom applications get built from scratch when a workflow is not enough. Client portals, business intelligence platforms, and internal tools that replace five logins with one working system.

Full platforms serve operators who need a product of their own. I am currently building AI products for ultra-luxury wedding vendors and hospitality operators on the same foundation I use for client work.

Alongside the builds, I run strategy sessions and multi-week Claude Code training programs for teams who want to build with AI themselves, and I maintain the systems I ship.

My background is operational. I have 12+ years in weddings, events, and hospitality, producing events with budgets up to $1.5M, and 20+ years combined with operations, including running talent acquisition operations for a 30-member team at Expedia Group. That history is why every build starts from your working process and why I can tell where AI helps and where it only adds complexity.

The stack centers on Anthropic's Claude, with Claude Code for building and deployment and Claude Cowork for autonomous multi-step work. n8n handles automation, Supabase and Notion hold the data, and applications ship on React and Netlify. Every system comes documented, with checkpoints and audit-readiness, so you know what it does and can trust it.
