I personally believe AI should augment people rather than replace them. The work I take on is aimed squarely at the repetitive, mechanical, uninspiring parts of a business, so that the time it gives back can go into creativity, care and judgement. That belief shapes how we build and advise: the governance and leadership around a system matter as much as the system itself, and I hold both to the same standard. The best outcome, to my mind, is a business using AI to make a genuine impact on the people and the world around them.
Our team’s expertise bridges raw operational data and daily decisions through reconciled numbers, shared knowledge, automated BI and reporting, and AI that answers from trustworthy figures and automates tasks. The results are real: an automated BI system raised GMROI from 3.0 to 4.0+ and lifted the share of stock turning in under 90 days from 35% to 50% in about eight months. Additionally, an AI-powered marketplace manager’s control panel turned data into action: an exception queue, prices and campaign rates pushed from a single sheet, and ad-hoc questions answered in plain language within minutes. The same data layer makes further automation possible — matching product ranges against tender specifications, or supporting customers and sales agents.

The clients we pursue are small and mid-sized, established physical-product businesses — e-commerce brands, marketplace sellers, wholesalers — that are using AI tools without an owner, proper governance or a clear roadmap. We find working directly with founders, CEOs or COOs easier because it keeps decision-making and implementation fast.
