Meet Shawn
I specialize in personal software solutions—bespoke dashboards, chatbots, and custom web applications tailored to the unique needs of individuals and teams. With a Ph.D. from Northwestern University and experience as a skills coach for Innovating with AI, I leverage deep research capabilities and strategic thinking to deliver high-value, AI-enabled systems that scale. Beyond implementation, I provide AI roadmap development and interactive workshops that help organizations chart their path forward.
My team at Clybor Consulting comprises a network of experts with decades of combined experience in software development, agentic engineering, scalable deployments, cybersecurity, and database management. Together we deliver professional-grade solutions while maintaining a personalized approach that transforms how small to medium businesses operate.
I work with a diverse range of clients from the US, Canada, and the Netherlands, including education foundations, consulting firms, hospitality technology, and nonprofits who need systems built for real-world impact. Recent deployments include:

These projects consistently evolve into long-term partnerships, with my first major deployment now operating under a quarterly service and “quality of life” enhancement agreement.
My current toolkit centers on AI-powered development through Claude Code and Cline, enabling rapid prototyping and deployment in both Python and JavaScript environments. For workflow automation and integration, I leverage n8n’s visual programming interface alongside Flowise for sophisticated AI agent orchestration, complemented by Microsoft’s ecosystem through CoPilot and Power Automate. I deploy solutions across multiple platforms including Replit and Google Cloud Platform. Airtable provides the flexible data infrastructure that powers custom dashboards and client-facing applications, while I work with SQL databases through Supabase to build and manage vector stores that power intelligent applications. This stack enables me to move from concept to production-ready solutions with the speed and reliability my clients expect.
