Meet Sean

I specialize in architecting business solutions for $10M–$100M companies using my Profit Velocity Blueprint and AI Operating System. Together, these frameworks help private equity and service businesses systematically eliminate operational drag and install AI where it creates the most leverage.

What I bring to my clients is a blend of technical capability and genuine business intuition — earned the hard way. I’ve owned and operated brick-and-mortar service businesses, and I’ve run a search fund through which I analyzed hundreds of companies across a wide range of industries. That experience gave me a ground-level understanding of where businesses actually break down and what solutions tend to stick. I’m not approaching AI implementation as a technologist looking in from the outside. I understand the operational pressures, the people dynamics, and the real cost of inefficiency that business owners deal with every day.

My work centers on helping private equity and service-based companies unlock practical value from AI, with a focus on automation and intelligent workflows that free up time and improve operations. I build engagements designed to grow, translating strong initial projects into long-term partnerships that deepen over time. A recent example is my current retainer with a staffing firm, where I’ve built a suite of automations along with an AI-powered screening bot to streamline their candidate pipeline. I’ve also recently launched an audit engagement with a brewery that is already showing signs of expanding into a broader development partnership.

I take responsible AI usage seriously, and it shapes how I show up for clients. One of the most important lessons I’ve internalized is how heavily a model’s training data and the perspectives of its creators influence the outputs it produces. These inherent biases can quietly creep into business decisions if we’re not paying attention. I treat AI outputs as a starting point that always warrants human review, never as a finished product to be trusted blindly. This principle guides how I build automations for clients, ensuring appropriate checkpoints wherever AI touches decisions that affect real people.

My toolkit is intentionally lean and chosen for flexibility. For automation, I work primarily in n8n. For data and storage, I move between Google Sheets and Airtable depending on the project. Claude is my language model of choice, and I use Claude Code for hands-on development work that demands precision and speed. For quick, high-quality visual assets, I use Nano Banana.

As I continue to grow my practice, my goal is to keep deepening relationships with the clients I serve, expanding the impact of each engagement over time, and helping more service businesses adopt AI in a way that is responsible, effective, and genuinely valuable to their teams and their customers.
