Meet Orsi
I specialize in AI consulting for US-based founder-led service businesses, helping them grow with AI without losing their voice. Through Design You Need, I work with founders whose businesses run on reputation and trust, and who worry that AI will make them sound like everyone else. I support the team with training so everyone shares the same understanding and learns the tools that help them day to day, and I work with the founder on strategy, where AI belongs and how to bring it in.
My approach comes from a background in software consulting, e-commerce management, and brand and web design, with 100+ strategy sessions across 47 industries. I help founders get clear on their direction, what they are trying to achieve and the best way to get there in the shortest time and within budget. From there we pick the tools that move the business closer to those goals, and set up AI so it supports each person in the company.
One of my clients is a corrective exercise specialist and personal trainer who helps women over 50 move without pain. Her offline business is booked out on referrals, with more demand than she can personally take. She wanted a way to help the women she can’t fit in, and a second income stream, so we launched her online course and built the presence to sell it. Part of that is a marketing operating system that creates her content on its own, her blog, newsletter, and social posts across platforms, so she can put her attention on the relationships that matter to her while the content runs itself.
