Meet Lileah
I’m Lileah Akiode, and I help HR leaders in North Carolina’s mid-sized companies harness AI to drive meaningful organizational change. My work is rooted in a people-first philosophy. I believe AI should be used to free up time, reduce overwhelm, and allow teams to focus on work that truly matters. That’s why I start every project by identifying low-hanging fruit for automation, helping clients quickly experience wins that build confidence and momentum.
I particularly enjoy working one-on-one with business leaders and small business owners. These sessions allow me to tailor each experience to their industry and their individual comfort level with technology. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed or intimidated by AI and leave with a sense of clarity and empowerment. I love being part of that transformation; showing people that AI isn’t something to fear, but a tool to elevate their work.
One great example of this was a one-on-one training that led to the client confidently using AI and then booking additional training to help them prepare and improve their presentations. I helped another client automate and streamline their recruiting process that resulted in offers getting out more quickly. Both of these clients are turning into long term relationships, and it’s exactly the kind of long-term partnership I’m aiming to build more of. I’ve also delivered an AI bootcamp for a group of 70 small business owners and provided personalized one-on-one bootcamps for individual leaders, each designed to meet them exactly where they are.
The AI Ethics section of the Innovating with AI course opened my eyes to how easily bots can scrape original content, even from small websites. That learning has sharpened my focus on privacy. When clients want to input confidential data into a language model, I guide them through options such as redacting sensitive information or using industry-specific LLMs that offer a more secure environment.
My ideal clients are those who are eager to learn, even if they don’t know where to start. They’re curious, open to change, and excited by the possibilities AI can bring to their teams and workflows.
In terms of tools, I rely on Zapier for automation, Airtable for data storage and user interface (including forms), OpenAI’s GPT for language generation, and DALL·E for visual content. These tools allow me to create streamlined, approachable solutions that my clients can actually use and sustain.
Ultimately, I’m here to make AI practical, accessible, and valuable—especially for HR leaders navigating change.
