I specialize in helping small and mid-size businesses use AI, automation, and workflow redesign to reduce operating costs, increase productivity, eliminate repetitive work, and create capacity for growth without adding headcount.

My work always starts with discovery. Before I recommend a single tool, I get to know how a business actually runs, where time is being lost, and what the owner is trying to build. I care a great deal about using AI responsibly. I help clients see automation as a way to lift repetitive, draining tasks off their team so people can put their energy into the more valuable and more human parts of their roles. When a workflow frees up someone’s time, I help leaders find ways to redeploy that talent where it has the most impact. I’m upfront that I partner with businesses that want to grow their capacity, and I don’t take on projects aimed at replacing their people. I also lead one-to-many AI Basics trainings, and I love helping teams and community groups answer the tough questions about AI with confidence.

One of my first clients came to me asking for a website update. Through discovery, I learned that her real goal was to raise awareness of the care she provides in functional neurology. We reframed the work as an Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) project, and I am redesigning the structure and content of her site so that AI tools can understand it. Now, when people ask an AI assistant about the conditions and symptoms she can help with, they can learn how functional neurology might support them.

Another client, an outdoor construction company, brought me in for an in-depth audit of the core parts of their business. I identified their biggest pain points and the best opportunities to streamline operations with AI and automation, then delivered a prioritized roadmap of eight projects. One highlight is a RAG-based chatbot that answers questions from crews on job sites using the company’s SOPs and documentation. I’m also developing a tool for real estate agents that uses AI to pull key milestones and dates from purchase contracts and connects them to each agent’s calendar and task tools, so the path from signed contract to closing is far easier to track.

For automation, my orchestrator of choice is Make. I store and organize data in Airtable, and I use OpenAI and Claude language models depending on what each project needs. For user interfaces, I build mobile apps in Softr and web interfaces with Airtable Interfaces. For audio and visual generation, I use ChatGPT for images and ElevenLabs for audio and video. I also use ChatGPT to write short pieces of custom code for automations, and Google Docs to generate documents that save into standard formats my clients can open in Microsoft Office.
