George Norberg

Most consultants have business chops, but few have the technical depth to properly scope and build AI projects.

You could hire someone who brings in technical subcontractors, but then you’re 1) dealing with multiple people instead of one, and 2) risking low quality because the prime isn't technical enough to properly vet their subcontractors.

I’m one of the few who can provide strategic guidance on project selection and build the entire system end-to-end. You can be confident that you'll get a realistic roadmap and secure, cost-efficient systems that drive measurable business outcomes.

Quick stats:

• I’ve helped 36 businesses with AI strategy, implementation, and training since February 2025.
• The software systems I’ve built in my career have made companies tens of millions of dollars in gross profit.
• Before starting my consultancy, I managed 9 software engineers at Amazon building web-scale systems for hundreds of millions of users.

While I’m capable of helping companies of any size, I have historically worked with companies ranging from $1M to $1B per year in revenue.

I’ve also worked across a broader range of industries than the 5 attached to my profile, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you don’t see your industry listed.

I'd love to help you scale your business with AI. Schedule a free 30-min call on my website to get started.
