Meet Diego
I run Nobaweb, an AI consultancy based in Costa Rica. I work with businesses across Latin America and the United States on AI training and implementation. My experience spans healthcare, legal, corporate teams, and education.
My clients share the same problems. Repetitive tasks consume the time of skilled staff. Output quality stays inconsistent. Teams have heard about AI but have no path to using it.
On training, I design and deliver custom workshops for corporations and institutions of different sizes. Every program builds around the specific workflows of each team and covers introductory through advanced topics.
On implementation, I build automations that remove repetitive manual work, and custom AI agents that handle customer interactions and internal processes around the clock. For organizations unsure where to start, I run an AI Strategy Audit that identifies which processes are worth automating and which are not.
Before AI consulting, I spent over 10 years in web development, SEO, analytics, and conversion optimization. That background lets me see a business problem for what it is, not only an AI opportunity.
