I specialize in AI consulting for U.S. owner‑led, growth‑minded small businesses like medical, human resources, or real estate offices, using the Fierce Formula to streamline ops, tighten follow‑up, and make every workflow trackable.
My approach to AI is rooted in real-world application, particularly for small businesses where every tool, hour, and decision counts. Over the years, I’ve transitioned from short-term projects into long-term, high-impact partnerships—something I’m deeply proud of. One such success was with an independent real estate brokerage that brought me on for AI training and ultimately extended the engagement into a full year of collaboration. More recently, a medical client hired me as their Fractional Chief AI/Tech Consultant. Getting my own company email address with them felt like a milestone; small on the surface, but it signified how far I’ve come and the level of trust they’ve placed in me.
My clients span industries like real estate and medicine, and I work closely with them to implement AI and automation that aligns with their day-to-day needs. For example, I’ve flown across the country to help real estate agents set up GoHighLevel systems, designing lead routing and follow-up processes that drive consistent results. I’ve supported over 20 agents this way and now focus on higher-level projects, including work with medical practices and even tech-forward installations like holograms.
I also learned something in the AI ethics module that surprised me: the environmental cost of AI, especially its water and energy usage. That discovery shifted how I consult. I now place even greater emphasis on choosing the right-sized solution—not every challenge requires a large language model. Sometimes the most ethical and effective option is helping clients maximize the tech they already have.
That mindset plays into how I choose my tools. For automation, I lean on HighLevel, Zapier, and Keragon. For data and storage, Google Sheets, Airtable, and Excel give me the flexibility to work within any business’s current system. I use language models like OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini depending on the project’s needs.
