As an AI consultant with a strong background in business process improvement, I look beyond the technology to understand how a business operates, where work gets complicated, and what could be done better. My approach is hands-on and people-first, helping business owners and their teams turn AI possibilities into practical solutions that make a meaningful difference.

I bring more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, from small startups to global enterprises across software, cloud services, cybersecurity, and marketing technology. This background gives me a broad perspective on how businesses operate, where inefficiencies arise, and how better processes can support growth. My marketing expertise also helps me connect operational improvements with customer acquisition and business development.

I help clients identify opportunities for AI, assess readiness, improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and develop actionable AI roadmaps. I also provide hands-on training and AI-powered marketing solutions, including content creation, lead nurturing, and campaign automation. My priority is practical solutions that deliver real business value, not technology for its own sake.

My experience includes consulting with a steel heat treatment facility to evaluate how AI could help turn years of data stored in PDFs into a usable database, and helping a Houston courier service improve onboarding and accounts receivable processes through training and strategic recommendations. I believe meaningful improvements often begin with understanding a specific business problem and identifying practical ways to solve it.

My preferred tools include ChatGPT, Claude, and the OpenAI API for workflow integrations. I use Zapier and n8n for automation, along with Airtable, Google Sheets, and Notion for data and workflow management. I select tools based on each client's needs rather than prescribing a particular platform.

Responsible AI use is central to my work, with an emphasis on human oversight, transparency, privacy, and ethical practices. My mission is simple: help good people do good things with their businesses and thrive.
