Meet Brad
I serve mid-sized (20–300 person) professional service businesses in Texas in a way that is both human-centered and business-smart. My goal is to help these companies automate the boring, repetitive tasks that bog down their teams so their people can be more creative, strategic, and communicative, driving a better culture and company growth.
I’ve spent 25+ years in executive roles where technology strategy meets business reality. CEO three times, plus CCO, CIO, and CMO. I’ve run a $100M post-merger integration with 200 people, sold companies to private equity, built sales pipelines from scratch and grown them 300%, and held the CIO seat long enough to understand why most transformation initiatives fail. Today I’m deeply hands-on in B2B AI: building agents, deploying LLMs, and helping mid-sized firms separate real capability from hype through the lens of P&L, not code.”
I have had client successes that include building document management systems for lawyers, a multi-AI agent application for use in board rooms, client intake and routing for accountants, AI training for commercial real estate, a business development tool for small solo professionals. In all of these tools, I use my product management skills combined with my technical skills in Claude Code & Claude Design, OpenAI GPT & Codex, and n8n. I like to pick the best tool for the problem. Sometimes it is just a small skill and sometimes it needs to be a full AI application.
My process is built around Building trusted relationships with my clients. When I meet with a prospective customer, my goal is not to find a solution, but to listen to their problems and become their AI trusted advisor.
I believe AI must always be built with guardrails and transparency. Hallucinations, data security and intellectual property issues are real risks for service businesses, and I help clients understand them clearly and setup proper governance. I guide them toward responsible, human-first AI usage that empowers their teams. My consultancy is rooted in the belief that the most powerful AI systems support human creativity and decision-making, not replace it.
