Meet Asher
I specialize in AI consulting for design-driven creative studios in Israel.
I help creative studios and agencies put AI to work in ways that genuinely support the people doing the work. My guiding principle is simple: I build tools that help talented people do better work, rather than looking for ways to replace them. That philosophy shapes every conversation, training session, and implementation project I take on.
My focus is on design-driven studios, particularly interior design and web development agencies, where I bring a hands-on, workshop-style approach to AI adoption. For one interior design agency, I ran a focused, hands-on workshop on AI-assisted rendering, giving their team practical skills they could apply immediately to their creative process. For a web development agency, I built and delivered an agent-based workshop tailored specifically to their workflow, working closely with their design team to make sure the tools fit how they actually operate day to day.
I believe good AI consulting starts with listening. I spend real time understanding how a team already works before introducing new tools or workflows, which is part of why my engagements tend to feel collaborative rather than prescriptive. When I’m talking with a potential client, I pay close attention to how the conversation flows. My best client relationships start with focused, aligned conversations where both sides know quickly what they want and how to get there together.
Responsible AI use is something I actively build into my consultancy. Beyond the practical applications, I’m especially attentive to AI bias, both being aware of it myself and helping raise that awareness with the teams I work with. I see this as an essential part of implementing AI thoughtfully, not an afterthought.
For my toolkit, I rely on n8n for automation, Airtable for data and storage, and a combination of GPT-based models and Claude for language model work. On the interface side, I use Google Forms to keep things simple and accessible for clients who don’t need something more complex.
I’m currently building toward longer-term partnerships with clients, and I’m in the process of formalizing one now. What stood out to me in that early conversation was how quickly we found alignment. The client came in knowing what they wanted, and we were able to build from there together. That kind of clarity and collaborative energy is exactly what I look for in a client relationship, and it’s a strong signal that a one-time project has the potential to grow into something ongoing.
